Where does the payment trail stop?
We still need DAAC's complete revenue, restriction and reserve picture, the DAAC–Chamber service agreements and payment entries, and the City's recipient schedules. We cannot confirm that DAAC retains all earned revenue or returns none to the County. Source 9, 10
DDA's reactivation year is supported by the later project report. Its original 2019 resolution or minutes, initial operating arrangements and present office location remain unresolved. Matching listings for DAAC and the Chamber do not establish that DDA shares their premises. Source 6, 9, 10
