Please provide electronic copies of these existing records concerning the Development Authority of Appling County and the Baxley-Appling County Chamber of Commerce:

  1. Agreements in effect at any time from January 1, 2023, through December 31, 2024, under which the Chamber provided services to DAAC, including agreements executed before that period but still in effect, amendments, and incorporated schedules addressing services, staff time, office space or shared expenses.
  2. Existing payment-register or general-ledger entries recording DAAC payments to the Chamber dated January 1, 2023, through December 31, 2024. Please include the date, payee, amount, account and payment or voucher reference to the extent those fields are maintained in the existing records. An existing electronic export is preferred. This request does not ask you to create a new reconciliation.
  3. Minutes, resolutions or recorded approvals authorizing the agreements in item 1 or the payments in item 2. If a payment was authorized through a batch or warrant list, the relevant existing approval and list will suffice.

For identification, the Chamber's 2023 and 2024 Forms 990, Part III, line 4a, report revenue of $102,822 and $87,470 respectively for support services provided to the development authority. Those figures identify the relationship being researched; this request does not assume the Authority's calendar-year payment totals must match the returns without accounting adjustments.

If responsive records were already supplied in an earlier production, please identify that production and the relevant filenames or pages so duplication can be avoided. Please advise of any estimated charges before incurring them. If an item is not maintained or is withheld, please identify the item and the reason, including any legal basis for withholding. Please provide any portions that can be released separately.
